\nIn the R&D sphere, our portable system called VMGears RD has innovative software with dedicated algorithms for the diagnostics of each individual component. This enables vibrational analysis of products during the development and testing stages.<\/p>\n

For end of line quality control, PEI VM’s VMGears QC is a system dedicated to vibrational analysis of kinematic chains on test benches or at the end of assembly lines. Vibrations detected by the innovative software provides immediate data readings and the system is Industry 4.0 ready.<\/p>\n

Continuous wear monitoring is provided by the VMGears DM system during endurance testing of various types of rotating machinery. It maps the evolution over time of defects like denting, pitting, pitch errors, eccentricity, anomalous impacts, piston slap, rotor imbalance, etc.
